What is Checking Account?
The Account Verification identifies who you are. It is important for the network Payza account members are identified by extending documentation to protect members against fraud. At any time, Payza account you can ask you to become a verified member.
What kind of documents I can provide Payza account verification?
The requirements of photo identification are:
� The four edges should be clearly visible. Send back the document if the expiration date is on the back.
� Driving license.
� Passport.
� Medical identification (with photo).
� State identification.
� Country identification document.
The requirements of the home address test are:
� An invoice that you have mailed in the last three months. You must show your name and current address.
� Public Invoice.
� Phone bill.
� Extract credit card.
� Bank statement.
How do I send my documents verification?
Upload scanned documents simply following the following process:
1) Enter the page Payza account and login.
2) Click on the link "Become Verified" (checked).
3) Select the type of document.
4) Select a subtype of document.
5) Upload the scanned document.
6) Repeat steps 2 to 6 for the following documents.
Postal Shipping
If you want you can verify by mail. Not necessary the two methods, only one: or via postal site or via mailed photocopies of each document and print the verification letter pre-filled and sends copies of your documents and the letter.
How long does it take to process my documents verification?
If you send documents by mail from outside North America, Perfect Money will process your documents once they arrive. Processing time since Perfect Money received the documents can be up to 10 business days.
Your documents will be reviewed and the information contained in your documents must match the information in your profile so they can be approved.
You can view the status of your documents once you go to your account.
What do the documents states check my documents?
1. Submitted (Sent): The document has been received.
2. Approved: The document was accepted and filed.
3. Declined (Rejected): The document is NOT accepted. The reason for rejection is provided in the section Notes. You must submit a new document for your request for verification.
4. Expired: The document provided does not match your current information. You must submit a new document in this category to complete your request for verification.
Do I need to add verification, withdraw or transfer funds?
Verifying an account Payza account is not necessary to add or transfer funds. Perfect Money believes that verification increases the security of our network and so we are able to verify and authenticate users. Although not required, verification is highly recommended.
In certain cases such as when several transactions involving substantial amounts, our security center can ask members to verify their account Payza account to continue their transactions.
